Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our Operations team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling tasks related to order to cash, including collections, cash application, and dispute management.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and apply the principles in defined tasks to handle tasks allocated independently.
- Ensure compliance in terms of TAT and accuracy.
- Collectors: Voice calling, dispute management, customer account reconciliation.
- Cash Applicators: Cash application, account reconciliation, dispute management, voice calling (not mandatory), Dr and Cr clarity, basic accounting knowledge, SAP knowledge preferred.
Requirements
Should be comfortable working in the ANZ shift (5:30 am shift).
