Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will provide technical assistance and resolve complex issues for our clients.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), typing skills (60-80 WPM), and experience with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Familiarity with IT support methodologies, case lifecycles, and ITIL knowledge is preferred. Additionally, experience with Google products such as Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gemini app is required. Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is an asset.

This role requires flexibility with night shifts and rotation shifts. The successful candidate will be expected to carry two photocopies of Aadhar/PAN and submit a valid copy of application form during the process. End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process and good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. Typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical aspects of this position.
