International Client Liaison

The role of a global client liaison is a crucial one in managing relationships with key clients and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and meetings. As a member of our international team, you will play a vital part in maintaining a global client database and coordinating logistics for leadership visits abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database, including up-to-date contact information and engagement history.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, ensuring all necessary details are included.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Monitor and track client communications, follow-ups, and next steps, ensuring timely responses.
  • Provide post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions, helping inform future strategies.
  • Support event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad, promoting business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
  • 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas confidently.
  • Ability to work across different time zones and cultures, adapting to new environments.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Calendly, Outlook, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required, with a valid passport.
