Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to lead our sales team in driving sales growth, developing strategies to expand market share, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets within the designated region.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze key data from the allocated region, including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, client work status, and receivables.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams.
- IDentify opportunity and problem areas, prepare action plans for achieving key sales figures, and present sales reports.
- Drive sales target achievement, manage sales support functions, and ensure timely work completion by customers.
- Recruit, develop, and retain sales teams by formulating their development plans, meeting training needs, and communicating regularly.
- Record performance metrics and monitor key parameters to increase overall sales productivity.
- Drive performance with incentive structures and sales promotion schemes.
- Collect market feedback and provide periodic updates to management for policy and strategy formulation.
- Penetrate targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for company products and services.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations daily with his/her team.
- Ensure systematic follow-up with client organizations for time-bound sales pitch closure.
- Ensure payment collection as per company payment terms.
- Adhere to sales processes and requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for his/her team.
- MBA with 4+ years of experience in Sales/Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in building channel partners and leading large sales teams.
- Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills.
- Report management/analysis/alignment skills.
- Preference for candidates with team-handling experience of 40+ individuals (at least 3 years).
- Build rapport with teams via consultative sales approaches.
- Maintain a strategic mindset and drive sales growth.
