Job Title: Product Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct product end-to-end testing on various environments.

- Create concise test cases from feature requirements.

- Ensure product quality at the end of each release cycle by understanding product features.

- Conduct product testing, including black box, white box, integration, regression, stress, and other forms of testing for each release cycle.

- Test UI, API, and backend database.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience working as a Quality Analyst.

- Creation and design of test scenarios/cases of testing software features/products for different environments.

- Preparation of reports on defects and problems that arise during software tests.

- Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software.

- Hands-on experience with databases and query languages.

- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

- Worked on defect tracking tools like Jira/Azure-Board.

- Must have worked in the travel(flight/hotel booking) or loyalty domain.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SQL, MongoDB, and other database standard select, join queries.

- Good to have load testing, security testing, automation test skillset or ready to learn and implement.

Additional Details:

- This is a contract position. Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday for nine hours. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
