Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate communication workflows – calls, emails, correspondence, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Organize travel with a focus on seamless experiences (flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, hospitality).
  • Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs as required for strategic meetings.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
  • Maintain high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality across all matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hospitality background with experience leading luxury hotels, airlines, or premium lifestyle/concierge services.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience (EA background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle dynamic priorities.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and adaptability to new systems.
  • Service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
