Strategic Business Leader

We are seeking a dynamic business leader to spearhead the strategic development and execution of our online business.

  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development, while monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Develop and implement brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our position as a one-stop shop for luxury fashion & lifestyle.
  • Lead a team of 30 employees across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Creative & Content, guiding them on creating the right product and price mix.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional strategy and activities, managing costs and overheads to ensure profitable performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary, reviewing overall performance on KPIs such as performance, merchandising, audit scores, and manpower.
  • Partner with 500+ brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance, driving quarterly reviews for key brands live on platform.
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
