• Develop junior analysts and management trainees within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of industry, financial, and credit principles.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Proficient knowledge of underwriting in corporate and wholesale lending.

• In-depth understanding of industry cycles and financial ratios.

• Practical experience in preparing credit memos.

• Ability to create, read, and maintain complex financial models in MS Excel.
