Job Opportunity:

A critical role exists within our organization, requiring a skilled professional to spearhead strategic alliances with healthcare professionals and institutions. This individual will be instrumental in fostering collaborations that drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain productive partnerships with healthcare providers
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve desired results
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by understanding patient needs
  • Promote awareness and adoption of our platform, enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options
  • Set revenue targets and oversee both the crowdfunding and lending pipelines on a regular basis
  • Provide ongoing market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to enhance our lending solutions
  • Ensure seamless lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered financial institutions
  • Take full ownership of city-level profitability, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement
