Customer Onboarding Specialist

This role requires building strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure seamless account management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, such as Technical Onboarding Manager or Implementation Consultant.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing the customer onboarding process, including training and implementation
  • Managing relationships amongst teams
  • Establishing metrics and KPIs to evaluate process improvement
  • Providing subject matter expertise for the Spendflo platform
  • Addressing product support questions
  • Collaborating with product management to surface customer requests

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments
  • A growth mindset: comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of APIs and webhooks
