
Learning Solutions Developer

As a learning solutions developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and design effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design principles and the ability to create engaging course content, including lesson plans, assessments, and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Instructional Design: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions. This involves creating visual representations like storyboards and mock-ups, as well as job aids, participant guides, and facilitator guides.
- Material Development: Develop high-quality instructional materials for various modalities, such as instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, blended learning, and virtual simulations. You'll use your creative skills to design interactive content using tools like Articulate 360 or Captivate.
- eLearning & Curation: Build computer-based training (CBT) modules and curate relevant content for learning programs. You will stay up-to-date on best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and new learning technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing materials and redesign them to improve engagement and effectiveness. You'll also be responsible for staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, learning, and development.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM. Knowledge of eLearning development tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) is essential. Strong skills in MS Office and graphic design tools are required.
- Personal Attributes: You must have a creative mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), knowledge of video scripting and editing, and an understanding of online content accessibility standards.
