A Digital Transformation Solutions organization invites applications for a leadership role in the US Non-IT sector. We seek a highly driven professional with excellent communication skills and networking ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Must have hands-on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in the US Staffing industry.
  • Should have relevant working experience with MSP/VMS based clients or Direct Clients.
  • Utilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities.
  • Good in sourcing and screening candidates using various job sites like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.
  • Experience using recruiting tools.
  • Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand the needs of the positions and technical skills required.
  • Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.
  • Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
  • 5 - 7 years of work experience as an US Non-IT/Engineering recruiter and 2+ years of experience as a team lead.
  • Experience on W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire job orders with Direct Clients / MSP is a must.
  • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the Non-IT sector.
  • Experience in working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
