Job Title: Application Lifecycle Management Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day ALM administrative tasks, including user and project management, license monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform ALM administrative tasks, including user and project management, license monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance
- Handle UFT administration, including installation, configuration, license management, and integration support
- Coordinate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth functioning of ALM and UFT platforms
- Monitor server health and performance, ensuring high availability and performance of the tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ALM and UFT environments
- Maintain documentation for all configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management
- Provide support and training to end-users on ALM and UFT best practices and usage
- Mandatory:
- Strong hands-on experience with ALM Admin activities (HP ALM/QC configuration, user permissions, upgrades, patches)
- Experience in UFT Administration, including license management and integration with ALM
- Good understanding of testing lifecycle, test management tools, and automation concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams
