Overseas Education Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overseas Education Manager to lead our overseas MBBS counselling and admissions team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of counsellors and admissions officers to ensure seamless execution of overseas MBBS counselling and admissions.
  • Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and managing the team, overseeing the entire admissions cycle, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with international partner universities, monitoring and enhancing the quality of counselling services, developing and implementing efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs, tracking and evaluating team performance metrics, collaborating with internal stakeholders, addressing escalations from students and parents, and preparing regular performance and progress reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.
  • Proven experience in team handling and operations management.
  • In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, along with familiarity with visa and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and counselling/admissions management systems.
