Business Analyst Role Overview

This is a critical position in the development and enhancement of our CRE & Construction loan origination and administration platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Develop a deep understanding of construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They should also have a strong analytical mindset and be able to think critically about complex problems.
