Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Strategist to optimize equipment performance in the Oil & Gas/Process Industry. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, ensuring optimal functioning of Rotary and Static equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute detailed maintenance strategies for offshore facilities, considering factors such as equipment reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain proficiency in CMMS tools (SAP or FIORI) and leverage this expertise to enhance maintenance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to inform maintenance decisions, drive efficiency improvements, and elevate overall performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical field maintenance and planning, specifically in Rotary & Static Equipment Maintenance and Planning.
  • Demonstrated track record in maintenance planning for Oil & Gas or Process Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of offshore facilities, typical equipment used, and relevant industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
