Job Title: Digital Manufacturing System Specialist

About the Role:

  • Process Optimization Lead: Take charge of process diagnostics across plants and value streams, establish baseline KPIs (OEE, FPY, throughput, cost/unit), and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Cost-Out Program Strategist: Design and deliver cost-out programs focusing on Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, and network/footprint adjustments.
  • Industry 4.0 Roadmap Developer: Create roadmaps for MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, and advanced quality analytics solutions, and implement pilots-through-scale with measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Business Case Creator: Build business cases and present to CXO/Board; drive change on the shop floor through client capability building.
  • Team Collaboration Orchestrator: Coordinate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, ensuring attention to data, cyber, and safety considerations.
  • Team Leader: Coach and manage consulting teams; contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience leading teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.
