We are a leading engineering company specializing in sheet metal stampings and metal fabrication toolings and components.
Job Role & Responsibilities:- Assist in managing daily HR and administrative functions.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Manage attendance tracking, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
- Draft and communicate professional internal emails and documents.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and audits.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and cleanliness campaigns.
- Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support grievance resolution.
- Support compliance documentation and audit preparedness.
- Fresh graduates or diploma holders with experience in HR or admin functions.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with job portals and training/placement partners.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
This role provides exposure to dynamic HR practices in a manufacturing environment. You will have opportunities to work directly with senior management and build a long-term career in HR.
