Logistics and Procurement Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of promotional materials.

  • Coordinate with internal systems and departments to generate material codes for new promotional items.

To achieve this goal, you will track purchase order status, follow up on vendor performance, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery across regions.

  • Monitor the availability of full promotional kits at Central Warehouse (CWH).

Additionally, you will plan and coordinate shipment of promotional materials, track physical stock availability, and share allocation details with respective teams.

  • Ensure all tasks are executed within specified timelines and SLAs.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding stock status, shipment, and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
