Procurement Manager Position

The Procurement Executive will support the Commercial Lead in managing procurement activities.
The role will focus on documentation, coordination, vendor onboarding, and assisting in negotiations while ensuring smooth execution of procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding.
- Prepare, maintain, and track procurement documentation, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Support the procurement lead in negotiations and vendor meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for requirement gathering and timely execution.
- Track invoices, payments, and compliance documents.
- Maintain vendor databases and procurement records
Profile Requirements:
- 2–4 years of procurement/commercial experience (media/advertising exposure preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and procurement tools.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn.
