Role Description:

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead all non-project purchases across the organization. This includes sourcing for IT, facility management, marketing, HR, and other corporate needs. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role calls for someone who can streamline processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Key Responsibility Area :

End-to-End Procurement Management

• Lead and manage the full procurement cycle for all indirect categories including Facilities, IT assets & subscriptions, Marketing & Events, HR & Admin services, Corporate Gifting, Travel, Housekeeping, and Security services.

Vendor Management & Development

• Build and maintain a robust vendor database; identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; drive vendor performance in line with cost, quality, and TAT benchmarks.

Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation

• Prepare and execute RFQs/RFPs, conduct comparative analysis, lead commercial negotiations, and finalize rate contracts or POs ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, including vendor due diligence, SLA compliance, contract governance, and audit readiness.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with HR, IT, Admin, Marketing, and Finance teams to align procurement strategies with organizational needs and timelines.

Budgeting & Spend Analytics

• Monitor procurement budgets, track actual vs planned spends, perform variance analysis, and deliver savings through strategic sourcing.

Process Optimization & Digital Initiatives

• Drive process improvements by implementing digital tools, dashboards, and automation for enhanced procurement visibility and control.

Reporting & MIS

• Deliver timely procurement reports, vendor performance dashboards, and support the CPO/leadership with data for cost control and strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.

Experience:

• 7–10 years of proven experience in non-project/indirect procurement, preferably in infrastructure, construction, IT, or facility-driven sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, negotiations, vendor compliance, and indirect cost control.
• Experience working on ERP tools, procurement platforms, and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
