Job Overview

This key leadership role oversees revenue growth and drives business performance by managing critical metrics.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of high-impact initiatives, including product launches, process improvements, and vendor management.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Governance Compliance & SOP Management
    • Ensure adherence to established processes across teams – design, execution, vendors, and experience functions.
    • Conduct regular governance checks to maintain compliance with process frameworks.
    • Identify and address operational control gaps affecting service quality, timelines, or costs.
  • Risk & Non-Compliance Mitigation
    • Monitor and resolve governance risks, including financial, operational, or service quality issues.
    • Address non-compliance or deviations related to internal stakeholders proactively.
  • Audit Readiness & Documentation
    • Maintain project, partner, and compliance documentation in a format ready for audits.
    • Lead quarterly internal audits across verticals and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Partner Management
    • Liaise with city ops, design teams, and PMs to promote a governance-first mindset.
    • Collaborate directly with partners (design, execution, vendors) on compliance expectations and accountability.
  • Reporting & Escalation Management
    • Prepare city-level compliance reports and governance scorecards for business reviews.
    • Elevate recurring non-compliances or systemic partner issues to the regional governance lead.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design or Business Administration.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing a revenue-generating team.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and leadership skills.
