Job Title: Senior Data Governance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Governance Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data governance frameworks that ensure high-quality, consistent, and compliant data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Implement data classification, metadata management, and lineage tracking systems.
  • Schedule and monitor regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data catalogs and inventories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs on data governance best practices.
  • Analyze and report on data governance metrics and key performance indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
  • Strong technical skills in data management, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
