Our Mental Health Specialist will contribute to our growth journey in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist users with abuse, mental health, and trauma cases on voice and non-voice platforms.
  2. Conduct user assessments, including evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and formulating customized plans.
  3. Provide crisis intervention, immediate support, and coordinate referrals for further care if necessary.
  4. Educate clients about rights violation, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources.
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  6. Maintain accurate records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions.
  7. Stay informed about current developments in the field and participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
  8. Promote awareness about Abuse, Trauma, Mental health, and advocate for holistic wellness.

Our ideal candidate is a compassionate Mental Health Specialist who can work effectively with individuals experiencing distress.

Requirements:
  1. Master's Degree in Psychology or Counseling.
  2. Specialization in Counseling Psychology is preferred.
  3. Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  4. Maintain high typing speed and accuracy.
  5. Empathize with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice and provide compassionate support.
  6. Deep understanding of mental health and well-being and a commitment to promoting mental health awareness and support.
  7. Collaborative team player with a structured approach to work.
  8. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
