Financial Strategist - Investment Expert

We serve some of the world's largest institutional investors — including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and foundations — as well as private wealth clients.

In this role, you will provide analytical, reporting, and client solutions support to help serve some of the world's largest institutional investors.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of investment strategies and play a key role in supporting client engagement efforts across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with global Business Development teams to prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and investor information requests.
  • Coordinate the distribution of research white papers, event invitations, and webinar materials to clients and prospects.
  • Support senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and investor conference calls.
  • Manage and maintain consultant and sales databases.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0.6–3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional client-facing materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
