System Engineer - Collaboration Solutions

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to manage our collaboration platforms. This role involves automating business processes, participating in technical design, and managing ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

As a System Engineer, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration solutions. You will work with internal and external partners across various organizations, establishing strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce reports for senior management on performance, capacity, availability, and security.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal impact, including on-call duty.
  • Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects.
  • Configure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance.
