Job Title: Senior Power Platform Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Specialist to lead our team in developing innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Mentoring and coaching other developers to strengthen their skills
  • Fostering T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team

You will also be responsible for fostering a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions built on the Power Platform. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Product Architect on solution designs for future-proof Low-code solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 12-16 years of relevant experience working with the Microsoft stack and Power platform development
  • Relevant certifications

A graduate degree from a reputable institute is preferred.
