Expert Quality Control Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a meticulous and driven quality control expert to help maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability in our flagship mobile franchise, Jackpot Party Casino.

This is a fully remote position that requires the ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.

LiveOps Quality Assurance Expert Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee quality and stability of all live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
  • Test configured Live Events (before and after they go live), covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.

Feature Quality Assurance Expert Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of professional quality assurance experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
