Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless execution of HR policies and programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, handling pre-joining documentation, and conducting background verification. Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Assist in payroll preparation with accurate leave and attendance data. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize engagement activities and events. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support maintaining a positive and professional work culture.
  • Performance Management & Training: Assist with performance appraisal processes. Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records. Support employee development initiatives.
  • General HR Support: Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, exit, etc.). Coordinate exit formalities including clearance and FNF. Prepare HR reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Necessary Qualifications:
  • 12th / Any Graduate
  • Desirable Experience:
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Key Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prioritised Attributes:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
