Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Senior Manager/Associate Director.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the business unit and driving team performance to meet service level metrics while maintaining high accuracy. This position requires strong leadership and project management skills to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects in the L&A Domain. They will also possess the ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and deliver projects on time and with multiple stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill.
  • Experience managing claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, and delegation of workload.
  • Ensuring a deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives, driving strategy, and providing regular portfolio status updates.
  • Driving transformation projects, improving processes, and implementing digital assets.
  • Effectively engaging with customers to understand and address pain points.
  • Providing direction and mentorship to the operations team for goal delivery and promoting a learning culture.
  • Aligning with customer goals and delivering on commitments consistently.
  • Foreseeing risks, developing mitigation plans, and building impactful customer relationships.
