The Consumer Business Alliances Manager role plays a pivotal part in developing strategic B2B2C partnerships and projects focused on selling consumer products through various partners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with B2B2C partners across industries, including carriers, mobile operators, banks, e-wallet providers, insurance companies, and online gaming platforms.
  • Source leads and opportunities from the open market and existing partners.
  • Create new Consumer Business Alliances projects and pipelines.
  • Evaluate project flows for each CBA project and propose optimal solutions.
  • Involves partners in distribution, integration, marketing, or payment collection for CBA projects.
  • Manages accounting, reporting, and support for regional CBA projects.
  • Develops marketing plans with partners.
  • Drives innovation within CBA projects and across new B2C company offers, products, and services.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams during deal development stages.
  • Oversees project management and reporting in CRM systems.
