Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our digital rewards business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing brand relationships.

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for brand partnerships, select client partnerships, alliances, and B2B & B2C solutions.
  • Uphold the position of the organization as a leader in the digital rewards space.
  • Align business objectives across departments to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • B2B Engagement: Lead the expansion of the Digital currency vertical, targeting large enterprises and SMBs.
  • New Business Development: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, creating strategies to penetrate untapped segments.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, Alliances, Marketing & Client servicing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • P&L holder and business acumen from finance and market analysis perspective preferred.
  • Good understanding of the digital rewards, gift cards, loyalty solutions, or corporate gifting domain preferred.
