
Back Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to provide essential administrative support to our front-end teams in Nashik.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or an equivalent field.
The selected candidate will be responsible for data entry, document processing, record keeping, report generation, communication, process support, quality checks, and issue resolution.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Document Processing and Management: Prepare, process, and manage various documents, including reports, invoices, and other administrative paperwork. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Record Keeping and Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of relevant information, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
- Report Generation: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments or management.
- Communication and Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal teams in Nashik and potentially external stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process Support: Assist front-end teams by providing necessary information, documentation, and support to facilitate their tasks.
- Quality Checks and Verification: Perform quality checks on data and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues encountered during data processing or administrative tasks.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
