We are seeking a Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring that all back office processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle data processing, maintain records, and assist with various tasks to support front office operations.

Responsibilities

- Managing and processing transactions in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handling customer queries and providing support as needed
- Performing data entry and ensuring data integrity
- Assisting in audit preparations and compliance tasks

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with accounting software and databases
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
