We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our documentation and export activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing export-related documentation, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating smooth communication between various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize documentation related to export activities.
- Ensure timely data entry and maintenance of export records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation requirements.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in preparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with export documentation and procedures.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards in export activities.
