HR Business Partner Specialist

An HR Business Partner Specialist will drive strategic HR initiatives and support business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent development.
Main Responsibilities:- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
- Performance Management: Administer the company's performance management program, including performance reviews and goal-setting processes. Coach and train managers on effective performance management techniques.
- HR Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with policy implementation.
- Talent Management & Development: Support talent acquisition and assist with training programs for employees and managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills
