- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Leverage consumer insights and data to develop compelling product propositions.
- Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory requirements working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Oversee product claims, safety testing, and certification processes.
- Keep updated on evolving industry regulations and sustainability standards.
- Develop business cases for new products including cost analysis pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
- Work closely with finance and procurement teams to manage cost structures and profitability.
- Optimize sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging components to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science Chemistry Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in skincare product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative skincare products.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
