We are seeking a skilled Product Developer to lead our product development process from design to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing product lines that meet customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design and develop new products, improve existing ones, and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and manage product launches, including market research, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Materials Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Production Coordination: Work closely with production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production, monitoring progress and addressing any issues.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the fashion or leather goods industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in relevant software, such as CAD design tools and ERP systems; excellent communication and project management skills.
