Project Manager Role

We seek a seasoned Project Manager to lead our residential and commercial projects.

  • Project Oversight: Lead project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for successful delivery.
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Develop plans, manage data analysis, and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Project Scheduling: Coordinate with stakeholders to establish realistic project deadlines and milestones.
  • Progress Tracking (DPR, WPR, and MPR): Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Tender & Estimation Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts for materials and services.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management: Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company policies.
  • Cash Flow Analysis & Trend Prediction: Analyze financial data to optimize cash flow, predict future trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, equipment, and supplies efficiently to meet project requirements.
  • Purchase/Procurement of Materials: Source and purchase necessary materials, equipment, and supplies within budget and timeframe constraints.
  • Budgeting & Estimation Works: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and estimates to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Information System Preparation: Design and implement effective information systems to track project progress, resources, and financials.
  • Project Blueprints: Create detailed project blueprints outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Project Planning Software: Utilize industry-standard software to plan, schedule, and control projects.
  • Project Methodologies & Regulations: Leverage expertise in project management methodologies, enterprise resource planning systems, and construction regulations to drive project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Project Management Certifications; PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM
  • MS Project, Primavera P6 proficiency; experience with SAP, ERP, FIDIC
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication & stakeholder management; team player with strong interpersonal skills
