Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily HR and administrative functions, including attendance tracking and employee record maintenance.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage basic HR operations such as onboarding formalities, documentation, and communication of internal emails and office circulars.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and awareness drives.
  • Interact with staff, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
  • Support compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for hiring activities.

Key Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to write professional documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
