Workday Absence Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Absence Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and set up governance frameworks.
  • Analyze absence management requirements through workshops and specifications.
  • Draft functional configurations and configure the Workday Absence Management module.
  • Monitor and follow up on configurations progress to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Design and execute testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions.
  • Support deployment and provide user assistance during the transition to Workday Absence.
  • Deliver training sessions to users and contribute to change management initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Work closely with HR, payroll, and stakeholders to integrate absence management processes.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Absence module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management and leave policies.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Workday Absence Management certification is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
