Business Financial Leadership Role
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in procure-to-pay processes.
This is a leadership position that requires excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for processing local and foreign currency invoices, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance both AP and T&E processes.
You will lead a team of professionals and develop initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies within the area of expertise. This role also involves preparing and regularly updating process documents, developing policies and procedures, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends.
Requirements- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
- Graduates and/or post graduates with a degree in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
- Good domain expertise and understanding of SAP, Concur (a plus).
