We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the uptime and performance of our converged infrastructure platforms.

  • Maximize system uptime and performance characteristics by implementing best practices for SAN infrastructure and converged platforms.
  • Handle escalated issues from the L2 Team and clients in a timely manner to ensure prompt closure.
  • Analyze monitoring results and recommend changes to improve performance, security, and utilization through data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement plans to modify or upgrade infrastructure to increase system capacities.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues to maintain high levels of system uptime and performance.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for hardware replacements, advanced troubleshooting, and code upgrades to minimize downtime.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including BMC ticket closures within SLA and coordination with multiple teams' stakeholders.
  • Plan and raise RFCs for required changes to ensure seamless integration.
