Job Overview

The IT Infrastructure Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain ODIN software functionality, guaranteeing smooth performance at all times.

  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers to optimize network efficiency.

  • Oversee server management, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure maximum system utilization.

  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware) to enhance data security and improve scalability.

  • Develop and enforce data backup, recovery, and security protocols to protect organizational assets.

  • Ensure IT compliance with organizational and regulatory standards by conducting regular audits and assessments.

  • Provide support for network infrastructure to guarantee seamless connectivity across the organization.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide IT solutions and support that drive business success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert-level experience in ODIN software.

  • Proficiency in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management.

  • Strong knowledge of Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).

  • Understanding of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.

  • Knowledge of IT compliance and security standards.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
