Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strategic partnerships with government officials to create a favorable policy environment.
- Maintain compliance with environmental clearances, labor laws, and industrial licensing requirements.
- Develop and execute crisis communication protocols, serving as the primary media spokesperson during sensitive situations.
- Monitor policy developments affecting the steel/manufacturing sector and prepare position papers and advocacy strategies.
- Liaise with revenue officials to facilitate land acquisition processes.
- Brief senior leadership on political developments and coordinate with various departments to align corporate affairs strategies with business objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging with government and industry leaders to influence policy and advance business goals.
- Proven ability to handle media during crises and mitigate risks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of land procurement, labor standards, and the socio-political landscape of the region.
- Data-driven public affairs strategy development and execution.
