As a senior architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing diverse landscape architecture projects from initial concept design through project delivery.

About the Role
  • Lead all phases of landscape architecture projects, including design development, construction documentation, bidding, and project administration.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet project requirements, site context, and client objectives.
  • Prepare and present compelling design proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and evolving regulations in landscape architecture.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • 6+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on project leadership and management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
  • Exceptional design skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design principles is beneficial.
