Job Overview:

Leadership and Innovation

  • Manage complex landscape architecture projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  • Develop innovative designs that balance aesthetic appeal with functional requirements, site context, and client objectives.
  • Present compelling project proposals and presentations to clients, effectively communicating design vision and value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project coordination, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Coach and mentor junior professionals, fostering their growth and development in landscape architecture.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and evolving regulations in landscape architecture.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • 6+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on project leadership and management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, successful projects.
  • Exceptional design skills and passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design principles is a plus.
