Key Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive landscape architecture projects from inception to completion, encompassing design development, documentation, bidding, and administration.
  • Pioneer innovative and sustainable design solutions that harmoniously integrate project requirements, site context, and client objectives.
  • Develop compelling design proposals and presentations that captivate clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Mentor junior landscape architects and designers, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in landscape architecture.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through proposal creation and presentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a demonstrated focus on project leadership and management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, successful projects.
  • Exceptional design skills and passion for crafting functional, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design principles is highly desirable.
