Role Description

We are seeking a
Senior Full-Stack Technical Architect

with
10–12 years of experience

in delivering enterprise-grade
SaaS applications

. This role blends
technical leadership

and
project management

, requiring
hands-on expertise

in
React, Python, SaaS architecture, AWS Cloud

, and
SSO optimization

. You will guide the cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, and architect scalable, secure, and analytics-driven platforms. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    end-to-end delivery
    of SaaS-based products with
    multi-tenant, microservices, and serverless architectures
    .
  • Define, enforce, and improve
    code structure, design patterns, and engineering best practices
    .
  • Perform
    in-depth code reviews
    for React, Python, and backend APIs.
  • Architect, implement, and optimize
    SSO
    solutions (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) with providers like Okta, Azure AD, Auth0, AWS Cognito.
  • Design and optimize
    AWS Cloud architecture
    for performance, cost efficiency, and security.
  • Integrate
    analytics solutions
    (Mixpanel, Segment, GA4, Looker, Tableau) to drive data-informed product decisions.
  • Work closely with DevOps to ensure
    CI/CD automation
    and
    secure deployments
    .
  • Manage Agile/Scrum delivery, project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Mentor engineering teams on scalable SaaS patterns and React/Python best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–12 years in
    full-stack engineering
    and
    technical project leadership
    .
  • Mandatory:
    React (Hooks, Context API, state management, performance optimization).
  • Strong
    Python
    skills (Flask, Django, or FastAPI) and backend API development.
  • Proven experience designing
    SaaS architecture
    (multi-tenant, serverless, microservices).
  • Advanced knowledge of
    AWS services
    (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation/CDK).
  • Expertise in
    SSO protocols
    and enterprise identity management.
  • Hands-on experience in
    analytics enablement
    for SaaS products.
  • Strong foundation in
    software architecture principles
    and
    secure coding practices
    .

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Submittals and Architectural Design
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
