Role Description

Spine Infratech is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team. This role will work closely under the guidance of a Senior Architect, contributing to the design and execution of diverse projects including residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional developments.

As an Architect at Spine Infratech, you will play a key role in project development, from concept to construction documentation, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and sustainability. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, and support the Senior Architect in delivering high-quality, impactful projects.

Role Accountabilities

  • Support Senior Architect in design development, project coordination, and delivery across multiple project typologies.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D models to communicate design intent effectively.
  • Assist in conceptual design, schematic development, and detailed documentation for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in client meetings and design reviews, capturing requirements and translating them into practical design solutions.
  • Research innovative materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project timelines.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of creativity, design excellence, and sustainability within the studio

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution; Master's preferred.
  • Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture firms.
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating experience across residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in design and documentation tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, or other visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of senior leadership while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
